Step 1: Identify employee
Employee Identification
Purpose: Identify which employee is receiving transfers.
Methods:
- Scan Badge: Use camera to scan employee badge barcode (recommended for accuracy)
- Manual Entry: Type employee ID (6 digits, e.g., "002506")
After Identification: System automatically loads all pending transfers for this employee.
Scan badge (recommended) or enter employee ID.
Waiting for employee identification.
Step 2: Pending transfers
Pending Transfers
Purpose: View all stock transfers assigned to you that are waiting to be received.
Display:
- Transfer number (e.g., "ST-43529")
- Status badge (WAITING_RECEIVE = yellow)
- Destination employee ID
- Creation date
Action: Click on any transfer card to view details and accept it.
Tap a transfer to view details.
